Property Description

Our fabulous, bright four bedroom apartment, has a living room with a double sofa bed and LED satellite TV, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. All of the rooms in the apartment are outward facing, have balconies and are very bright. There are also high, beautifully decorated ceilings. Recently refurbished, equipped with Mitsubishi air conditioning/ heat pump, ceiling fans, sound proof windows and free WiF and international or local telephone calls.It can accommodate up to 12 people. We can provide baby cots free of charge.The apartments are in a magnificent, south-facing corner building in downtown Barcelona. It dates back to the 1900’s and was completely refurbished in 2013.The closest metro station is Paral.lel just in front of the apartment building. The famous Las Ramblas boulevard is a short walk away as are the Cruise Terminal, Montjuic and the Barcelona Fair (Fira de Barcelona).Very close by are many restaurants and bars, fruit and vegetable shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and other shops. Just up the road is a fantastic market.Our large apartments can provide group accommodation, reducing the cost of your stay. The building has a lift and all the apartments have been refurbished to a high standard, with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, telephone, safe, and LED satellite TV… everything to make your stay memorably comfortable. The keys are electronic and copy proof.There are original architectural features in the apartments and the rooms are spacious, outward facing and light. They have balconies and large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as other smaller electrical appliances.Our office is located in the building where we will help with tourist information. We can store your luggage there if needed. There is 24 hour maintenance and emergency service for our guests.

"Excellent stay"
We stayed at the apartment in Barcelona in October during the British half term and had a great time. The apartment is exactly as it is represented in the pictures. It is very central to all Barcelona has to offer. We arrived fairly late on a Sunday evening and found the procedure for getting the keys out of office hours very smooth. The food basics provided in the apartment were also much appreciated. The office staff were great in organising tickets etc for the sights in Barcelona and the three restaurants we visited were on their recommendation and proved perfect for the needs of our multi aged group of 8 people.
