KITCHEN. A completely equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room with all households appliances as squeezer , toaster, nespresso coffemachine, fridge, microwave, washingmachine, dishwhaser and iron.

2 DOUBLE ROOMS with two single beds each (90cm) with a trendy and exquisite decoration.

All rooms include beddings and towels (not included beach towels)

2 FULL BATHROOMS, one of them integrated in one single room has jetted tub and the other with shower is located in the corridor. Both of them are fully equipped with towels, hairdryer and handryer.

FIRST FLOOR

1 SUITE with king size bed, led tv and direct Access to three different terrace with great views. A complete BATHROOM is with jetted tub is integrated in the master room fully equipped with towels, hairdryer and handryer.

4 TERRACES FULL EQUIP. One of them in the living room, two in the master room and the last terrace “the chill out” is in the third floor. All of them have fantastic views towards Talamanca Beach, sports Marina Botafoch and Dalt Vila Wall.

    "Beautiful apartment"
    We stayed for 5 nights at this lovely apartment in October. It is as nice as the pictures show, very stylish. We were unfortunate in that the weather was not good whilst we were there so we were not able to use the three different balconies which was a shame as they are a lovely feature of the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped. Just one tip there is not an oven and we had bought pizza from the supermarket for our first evening. There is a microwave which I think acts as an oven as well but there were no instructions so we weren't sure how to use it properly (so this pizza's didn't work out well!) Best to stick to eating out. There are lots of great restaurants around the marina, which we enjoyed and it is about a 20-25 minute walk into the old town where there are plenty of other restaurants to enjoy. I would recommend staying at this apartment and Patricia is great at responding quickly to any questions.

    "A fabulous holiday in Ibiza!"
    We had a fantastic girls weekend staying at this apartment. The photos look good but it is even better in real life. The rooms and decor are lovely, the views over the marina and Old Town are amazing and there is lots of great outside space. Contact with Patricia the owner also very good. The location is also perfect. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the bed for our 7th person. It was really just a couch rather than one that converted into a bed and wasn’t very comfortable. (Also I’m not sure where the 8th & 9th person would have slept but as we only booked for 7 I cannot really comment). Overall a superb holiday and we would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

    "Great apartment, great location!"
    The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to the old town and very close to Talamanca beach. 15 mins from the airport, so Ideal for a short stay. The owner easy and accommodating. We'll be back! Thanks
