This magnificent designer apartment near Plaza Espanya truly resembles something taken straight from a fashion magazine. The design features beautiful original mosaic tiles on the floors, exposed brick walls with dramatic backlighting, and a collection of stylish furniture arranged with fabulous taste.

A long hallway with a beautiful arched entrance made of refurbished wood leads to the lovely bedrooms, designed with a minimalist, natural theme for a sophisticated, uncluttered effect. The spacious living room, with its stylish black couch and comfortable sofas leads through smooth sliding doors to a bright and polished dining area surrounded by a pristine modern kitchen and access to a breezy private terrace with an additional dining space. The latter is a great place for a leisurely breakfast on a sunny morning or for relaxing with your favorite book all day.

Just steps from the bustling transportation hub Plaza Espanya, you will be very well connected by metro and bus to each corner of Barcelona. Within a short walk you will find the Arenas shopping center, full of great shops and restaurants, along with several wonderful tourist sites, including the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, the Fira exhibition center, the Parc de Joan Miró and the Parc de l´Espanya Industrial. To eat we recommend waking to the nearby Poble Sec neighborhood and visiting Carrer Blai, a street lined with excellent and very inexpensive tapas bars.

We stayed at the apartment with a group of 9 people, and it was amazing! The apartment is spacious, even with a big group, the multiple bathrooms as well as the huge sun terrace make it easy not to step on each others toes. Its beautifully decorated, so it was a great experience living there for a few days! Being able to sit in the sun without even leaving the house is just great! The neighborhood is one of the cheaper living areas in Barcelona, with many cheap fruit shops and small supermarkets, as well as local bars and street food. With the metro, it\'s easy to go anywhere in the city pretty fast, since most metro lines go from placa espanya. There are also some sights in the direct neighborhood. We had an amazing stay at this apartment, and would happily come back! Especially for big groups this is a great opportunity, since there is another apartment in the same building.

"Great Location"
Great apartment! Same as the pictures which was a welcome relief as this is the first time I've booked something like this and the first time away as a larger group! Clean, tidy and spacious. Shop for drinks and nibbles across the road, lots of places to eat nearby, fountains, 30min walk to the rambla's, taxi rank at end of the road. Lovely little sun spot on the terrace! Would definitely go again! Great Location

Fine spacious apartment living up to expectations. Lovely location in relation to many attractions, near the metro, fine restaurants, shopping centers, bus, taxi etc. Directions from Barcelona-Home was accurate and complete.
