"Excellent location"
The best feature of the apartment is the location. It is an easy fifteen minute stroll to the old town and ten minutes walk from the marina restaurants. It is also two minutes from Calm and Blue Marlin, both excellent classy venues with very good atmosphere. The apartment block itself is quiet and relaxing with an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. Very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.

"Lovely large apartment with amazing views and perfect location"
If you are in any doubt about this property ,please read on !! 5 star location ,with a huge terrace with amazing views over the Marina.We sat watching 5/10 million pound boats going about their business all all morning ,in the sunshine. 5 of us had plenty of space ,slept in complete silence every night in comfortable beds.Kitchen has everything you need ,individual Air con in every room ,all in all ,nothing bad to say at all ,and I have stayed in plenty of 5 star hotels .The option of a morning coffee and croissant on the terrace overlooking the marina is better than breakfast in any 5 star hotel. Must also mention great food in small cafe below . Thank you Owner for allowing me time in your home ,will be in touch soon to re book for next year Sorry,forgot to add ,5 mins stroll to Talmanca beach ,which is perfect ,chilled out ,great food and an ideal place to chill after a heavy night out

"Brilliant. Superb Location. Well Equipped."
Fantastic Apartment. Brilliantly located with stunning views. Not crowded swimming pool. Well equipped and privately owned. Charming Host and Hostess. I will definitely be taking my family back here again.
