Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas are just 5 minutes on foot. Paseo de Gracia Metro and train station are just in front of our building giving access to 3 subway lines and 1 train line.

On Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya you have excellent restaurants and tapas bars plus the Most Important boutiques of Barcelona.

The flat itself is 150 sqm with 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with full bathroom Its Own designer. There is Also a guest bathroom. The lounge has big windows overlooking Passeig de Gràcia With its classical buildings.

"Very spacious & clean, modern apartment in an excellent, central location, surprisingly quiet also."
All bedrooms face onto the inner well of the building, so although the view is sacrificed, this guarantees peace and quiet overnight which was worth it for sure, because although the location is fantastic for getting about on foot or public transport, it is a busy corner of the city. The Owner was super flexible on check-in and check-out times and personally showed us everything we needed in the apartment and could not have been more obliging. The flat is decorated in nice, simple neutral colours, was very clean and modern/minimalist in style. Small supermarket and loads of bakeries and cafes within 100m of front door, huge supermarket in Plaza de Catalunya about 10 minutes walk. Absolutely no problems with anything, it worked really well.
