It has three double bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds, allowing for a maximum capacity of 6. Each bedroom is spacious, welcoming and furnished for your comfort. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, while the living room is simply amazing; it uses a mix of black and white contemporary furnishing and it leads up the private terrace. The luxurious terrace is a personal haven of leisure; it’s spacious and comes with loungers each with a coffee table, a large cushioned chill area and Roman columns for a regal look.
This is a fabulous apartment, given its characteristics and the location. It’s layout makes it great for small families and a group of friends alike. Being located in the heart of the city, you are spoilt for choice. The apartment is easily accessible and getting around is no issue, especially making use of the two metro stations nearby – Passeig de Gracia (L2, L3 and L4) and Diagonal (L3 and L5). As for places to eat, we recommend the El Glop De La Rambla, which is just around the corner, located on the gorgeous Rambla de Catalunya, and a short walk from the Gaudi’s breathtaking Casa Milà.
