Property Description

The apartment is in the heart of Barcelona but still in a very quiet neighbourhood. It is located on the 4th and 5th floor (penthouse) and all day is very luminous. Central A/C for all the rooms for the warm and cold days.

The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. You will felt in love!!

The accommodation comprises style kitchen room
spacious but cosy dining room with table seating 6; tranquil wooden sitting room with a very comfortable sofa, 2 large bedrooms with king size beds. The 2 bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and a big wardrobe

The flat has 2 balconies and a huge terrace located on the 5th floor, you can relax with a glass of beer or wine after your day of sightseeing. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher

There is also a nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, popcorn machine.
In additional all the cooking ware are included for your days and nights in.
The home is close to many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, department stores and antique shops.
The position is perfect as it’s in the heart of Barcelona, 5 minutes walking to Plaza Cataluña or 2 minutes walking to Passeig de Graccia (All the magnificent buildings from Gaudi)
Children are always welcome!! – a good selection of books and toys are provided.

"Great hosts"
Will return here for sure, 2 couples that enjoyed our 1 week vacation in Barcelona very much. This apartment made it more fun, in the evenings when you can enjoy a glass of wine and see all around us.
