This fantastic house near Plaza España boasts a wide variety of comfortable rooms and wonderful open areas in which to lounge and relax, making it the ideal solution for a large group of friends seeking to spend time together on their vacation to Barcelona. The residence boasts 2 terraces: The larger one features beautiful dark wooden floors, a dining area with table and chairs and comfortable lounge chairs, and is accessible from the fully equipped separate kitchen on the first floor. The smaller terrace on the third floor has a table for 2.

In the sunny living room you will find an enormous corner couch and gorgeous framed patterns on the wall, along with a stylish eating area decorated with a large mirror, designer lanterns and abstract art on the wall. The spacious bedrooms come with comfortable beds and large closets, making this house great for a long-term stay as well. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, with views of the street or the courtyard.

Situated just a few minutes from the Hostafrancs (L1) metro station and Plaza España, this house is very well connected to the rest of the city. Also nearby is Sants Station, in case you would like to take a day-trip to Costa Brava. In this area you will find several restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops, including the Las Arenas shopping center. The property is also very close to the Magic Fountain of Montjuic, Parc de Joan Miró and the Fira exhibition center.

"Wonderful home away from home"
Beautiful home well situated just a stone\'s throw from Hostafranks tube station so very easy and quick to get around Barcelona. Lots of space, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated house, the outside terrace area fantastic.

"Confortable et idéalement placé"
Cet appartement était parfait pour notre séjour ! Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace, des chambres confortables. Le salon est parfait pour des soirées entre nous. Je recommande vivement ce bel appartement très lumineux

An amazing house with gym and pretty close to the beach! Very spacious, we were 2 families and we use to cook and have nice dinners and table games outside on terrace every evening that we were not feeling the necessity to go outside for party or dinner every night
